Offersomething small but delicious. A Amuse bouche. Serve on a small plate or Assiette. In France, Amuse bouche is referred to as a small snack, a morsel served before the entrance. It's a little greeting from the kitchen and means to amuse the mouth. The beautiful little plate also pleases the eye and when a delicious morsel rests on the plate, you melt. A useful little plate that can be used for all sorts of things, sometimes at a mingle, sometimes as a bread plate at dinner or when serving a sweet ending. It is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Fig brown is a glaze that flows and creates a variation in colour. That's why every little Amuse bouche is unique and delicious.
