Maybe it's served before the entrance, but still needs to rest on something. In that case, the taste buds will be just fine on this little old pink Amuse bouche from Sthål. Other good uses are for the bread slice during dinner. Dinner might be rounded off with a cup of coffee and a small piece of chocolate. Yes, then the amuse bouche comes out again.
