Offer something small but delicious. An Amuse bouche. Serve on a small plate or platter. In France, amuse-bouche is a small snack, a mouthful served before the entrance. It's a little greeting from the kitchen and means to amuse the mouth. A beautiful little plate also pleases the eye and if there is also a tasty morsel resting on the plate, you will melt. A useful little plate that goes with all sorts of things, sometimes at a mingle, sometimes as a bread plate at dinner or when you're serving a sweet ending. It is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Thunder blue is a glaze that flows and creates a variation in colour. That's why every little Amuse bouche is unique and delicate.
