About ceramics

The name Arabesque comes from French and means Arabic. It is also a special artistic expression with looping patterns of plants, leaves and vines.

All parts are made of white stoneware clay which is fired at a very high temperature to make the ceramic durable. The beautiful glazes are carefully selected to make the food look appetizing.

The craftsmanship, combined with the fact that both the clay and the glaze have a life of their own, gives each piece a unique look. No two pieces are exactly alike, but the kinship is clear.

The result is bohemian ceramics for everyday or festive use. A non-traditional whole dinner service if you will, where each piece also makes a solitary accent to your existing dinner service.

The ceramics can be used in the oven (max 200 degrees) as well as in the microwave and can be washed in the dishwasher.

You can recognise our ceramics by the seal at the bottom.
