This is a completely vegetarian dish that also works well with a piece of meat. We usually start with the bean cream - that is, run a can of cannellini beans in the blender with a clove of garlic.

Something happens to tomatoes that are left in the heat for a long time. Oven-baked tomatoes on toast or fried bread with pesto and basil leaves are a great way to start the party.

Why not build your own conversation piece? Here we have built up the height with ceramics from Sthål's Arabesque series. Layer by layer, the table's highlight is built with cups, plates, flowers and fruit. Here is a creation with all parts in the Fig glaze - or figs as we say in Swedish.
