Cups

This is a completely vegetarian dish that also works well with a piece of meat. We usually start with the bean cream - that is, run a can of cannellini beans in the blender with a clove of garlic.

A lovely Easter toddy tradition. Served in a perfectly good cup.

Set the table for a dinner that makes your heart skip a beat. The way there is through the stomach.

Mingling with soup is just fine. Especially if you serve soup by the cup.
